Black Community Resource Centre

Founded in 1995, the BCRC is a resource-based non-profit organization that aims to support and promote the well-being, success, and empowerment of the English-speaking Black community in Quebec. Their projects include Black in Quebec, the Intergenerational Health and Social Program, and Project B.L.A.C.Q. (Bridging Language and Culture in Quebec).
