Literary initiation workshops

The Ateliers d’initiation au monde littéraire project, set up by the Espace de la diversité (EDLD), aims to introduce writers from marginalized communities to the literary ecosystem at the start of their careers, in order to initiate a sharing of knowledge and experience concerning the functioning of the literary and cultural space (the book chain and all its components) from writing to reading a book. Participants will meet with players in the ecosystem, including authors, translators, editors, proofreaders, publishers, producers, representatives of organizations and distributors.
Three streams of workshops will be organized in collaboration with a number of organizations and players in the field:
- creation
- reading and debates
- publishing professions
